I've been accepted! Now what?
Please download and fill out the forms located on the left hand side of this page. Then either email or mail them to Stacy.Kao@gmail.com:

Step 1) Download all forms in the bar on the left.
Step 2) Within 1 week of being accepted:
Using the Forms Checklist as a guide (but following deadlines on this page), fill out the following forms and either mail or email them to Stacy.
- I'm Coming - send in mail with $200 deposit (check or money order) and an accompanying High Speed Donation Processing Form
- Financial Responsibility Statement
- Recreational Liability Release Form
- Medical History Form
Within 2 weeks of being accepted:
- Read MPD Student Info 2010 and MPD FAQs.
- Begin using Support Raising Tool to get you started on support raising.
- Edit and customize the Epic Track Sample Support Letter for yourself. (Try to format the letter so everything fits on one side of one page.)
- Edit and customize the Support Letter Response Cards for yourself. Don't forget to include response envelopes, too.
- Read through the FAQs section for project. It contains information such as arrival/departure times, schedule, and packing lists.
Optional:
- We have a Directors' Letter that you can customize and send to potential supporters along with your personal Support Letter, if desired. Some may find this helpful in establishing a connection with potential supporters.
- If your parent(s) have not yet received this in the mail, you can download the Letter to Parents for them.
Step 3) Mail your donation checks to Stacy as you receive them, on the 15th and 30th of the months before project starts. Print, fill out, and send a High Speed Donation Processing Form along with your checks. For more information, see the MPD FAQs.
